Scope
These terms govern the use of the Fórum Imobiliário 2026 website and participation in the events held in Lisbon, the Algarve, Coimbra and Porto in November 2026, promoted by APMLS – Associação Portuguesa de Multiple Listing Service.

Terms for using the website and taking part in Fórum Imobiliário 2026.

Attendance is free and subject to prior registration and availability. Each registration is personal, non-transferable and confirmed by email. The organisers may refuse or cancel registrations with incorrect, incomplete or clearly false details.
Changes to the programme
The organisers may change dates, times, venues, topics or speakers for reasons beyond their control or force majeure. Any significant change will be emailed to registered participants and published on the website.
Cancellation by the participant
If you can't attend, please let us know by replying to the confirmation email so that your place can be given to someone else.
Photography and filming
Photos and videos may be taken during the events to promote the Forum on the organisers' channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please tell the team at reception.
Conduct
Participants agree to behave respectfully towards speakers, organisers and other participants. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who disrupts the event.
Partnerships
An expression of interest in a partnership is not binding on either party. The terms of each partnership are agreed in writing between the organisers and the organisation concerned.
Intellectual property
The website content, including text, images, trademarks and logos, belongs to the organisers or their respective owners. Press Room materials may be used for editorial purposes related to the Forum, with the source credited.
Liability
The organisers make every effort to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. They are not responsible for the content of third-party websites reached through links.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Fórum Imobiliário 2026 Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be referred to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution.
