Inscrição no evento: nome completo, e-mail profissional, telefone (opcional), perfil profissional e cidade escolhida.

Registration source: if you reach the website through an invitation link, we store the code of the member who invited you and the channel through which you received the link (for example, email or WhatsApp). You may also tell us, optionally, who invited you.

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on the organisers’ legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and knowing how participants found the Forum (point (f)). Measurement and advertising cookies are only used with your consent, given in the cookie notice. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Registration and partnership data are kept until 31 December 2027, to manage the event and, where relevant, share its outcomes. After that date they are deleted, unless the law requires otherwise. Technical anti-spam data are deleted automatically within a few hours.
After registering, you can create an "I'm going" card with your name, photo, role and a short message. We only publish this data on the Forum page if you give express permission on that page. The team may review and remove any card at any time. You can withdraw your permission at any time using the same link: the card is removed and the photo is deleted from the server. Images you download and share on your social networks are your responsibility and subject to those platforms' rules.
Only the organising team has access to the data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, namely website hosting and email delivery, bound by confidentiality and security obligations. The city pages include Google Maps and the website uses Google Fonts, which may collect technical browsing data in line with Google's policies. If you accept measurement and advertising cookies, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta pixel) receive browsing data such as the pages visited, the type of device and an indication that a registration was completed. We do not send these companies your name, email or phone number. These companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@forumimobiliario.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the admin area and protection of the forms against automated submissions.
Technical storage in your browser: keeps the invitation link code you arrived with, so it can be linked to your registration even if you register on another day, and your choice in the cookie notice. This data stays only in your browser until it is replaced or deleted, and is only sent to the organisers together with the registration form.
Measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4): count visits, where visits come from and completed registrations, in aggregate. They are only activated if you click «Accept».
Advertising cookies (Meta pixel): allow us to measure and optimise the Forum’s ads on Facebook and Instagram, including counting the registrations that result from those ads. They are only activated if you click «Accept».
Advertising cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag): allow us to measure and optimise the Forum’s ads on LinkedIn, including counting the registrations that result from those ads. They are only activated if you click «Accept».
If you decline, the website works the same way. You can change your choice at any time through the «Cookie preferences» link in the website footer, or by clearing the website data in your browser settings.
The website’s own statistics use no cookies and no personal data. The external services mentioned above (Google Maps and Google Fonts) may use their own technologies when those features are loaded.
