It is a national event promoted by APMLS that visits four cities in November 2026. It brings together professionals, leaders, associations and media to discuss collaboration, transparency and trust in Portuguese real estate.

03The eventWhy is it happening now?+
The Portuguese real estate market is facing a structural transformation. Advances in technology, artificial intelligence and information, together with changing consumer expectations and new ways of collaborating, are changing how the sector works. The Forum creates a space to discuss these challenges together.

No. Fórum Imobiliário 2026 is a space for knowledge, debate and participation, designed to examine the market's real challenges and help build a more professional, transparent and collaborative sector.

The main programme runs from approximately 14:00 to 18:00 in every city.

The programme follows the same structure in all four cities. The detailed programme and guests for each city will be announced shortly.

No. Attendance is free.

Yes. Places are limited and entry requires prior registration.

Fill in the form in the Registration section with your name, work email, phone (optional), professional profile and the city or cities you would like to attend.

Yes. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the city, date, venue and time of the event.

Yes. In the registration form you can choose several cities or select «All cities». You receive one confirmation per city.

Each participant should register individually, with their own name and email, to receive the confirmation and news for their city.

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure your email address was typed correctly. If needed, submit your registration again.

Real estate consultants, brokers and agency directors, journalists and media, investors and developers, industry partners and every professional interested in the future of real estate in Portugal.
16Who it's forDo I need to be an APMLS member to attend?+
No. The Forum is open to the whole Portuguese real estate sector.
17Programme and speakersWhat topics will be covered?+
The state of real estate; Portugal meets the MLS; APMLS: rules built by the sector; People, practice and the future; and a session of open debate and networking.
18Programme and speakersWho are the confirmed speakers?+
Sérgio Juvêncio, President of APMLS; Marina Ferreira, on “Ethics and Professional Excellence”; Vítor Neves, on “Professionalism and Differentiation in Real Estate Brokerage”; and Augusto Pinheirinho, real estate trainer focused on marketing, communication and artificial intelligence. In the afternoon there will also be a round table with lawyers specialising in GDPR, competition law (Portuguese Competition Authority) and real estate law. More speakers and leaders will be announced soon.

Yes. Each session ends with open debate and networking: unfiltered questions, new connections and next steps in each city.
20MLS and APMLSWhat is an MLS?+
An MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a system shared between real estate professionals, where properties are listed under common rules so that different agencies can cooperate to sell them. The result is more information, more transparency and more buyers for every property.
